The company was founded by Martin Ashplant, a digital media expert and product leader with more than 20 years experience in online publishing, encompassing content, commercial, data & analytics, product, marketing and audience development. He has overseen substantial digital audience and revenue growth at Future plc, Metro, New Statesman Media Group, City A.M. and Beano Studios and launched major new products and data solutions. As a consultant he has helped develop digital product and audience development strategies at the likes of ITV News, the i, V&A, Dazed Media and BT/BT Sport.
Martin is also a qualified executive coach who has delivered 100s of hours of coaching and Mashplant Media offers coaching services – either for individuals or businesses.
