Mashplant Media is a London-based digital media consultancy with a focus on publishing which exists to help businesses of all shapes and sizes do more with digital.

The company was founded by Martin Ashplant, a digital media expert and product leader with more than 20 years experience in online publishing, encompassing content, commercial, data & analytics, product, marketing and audience development. He has overseen substantial digital audience and revenue growth at Future plc, Metro, New Statesman Media Group, City A.M. and Beano Studios and launched major new products and data solutions. As a consultant he has helped develop digital product and audience development strategies at the likes of ITV News, the i, V&A, Dazed Media and BT/BT Sport.

He also received widespread industry acclaim for his response to the challenge of ad-blockers and for helping to turn a much-loved kids comic into a thriving digital data & insights business. As a certified Agile practitioner, Martin introduced and used lean and iterative approaches to develop digital products from inception to success and has won numerous awards for his work.

Martin is a qualified executive coach who has delivered 100s of hours of coaching and Mashplant Media also offers coaching services – either for individuals or businesses.
